Inside the Cornish Georgian walled garden, a view of the

are sunny and protected, ideal for Agapanthas, Salvias, Roses, and three
large Eucryphias producing a snowy white blossom in August |
| The owner has created the herbaceous borders in a colour
theme of blues purples whites and yellow. In early Spring the borders come
alive with some magnificent Tulips, then the Irises, Lupins, Aliums, Roses
go on through to late August. |

| The walled garden is divided into two areas. The pool
area, which has the herbaceous borders and steps lead through an Escalonia
hedge down into the Potager. The owners have redesigned this area to hold
the picking flowers for the Manor and to grow the ornamental vegetables
and herbs - a wonderful sight in Summer, Tulips are planted to start the
flowers off in Spring |

Bonython Estate Gardens are open from April to October
on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between the times of 10-00am
and 4-30pm. Admission fees are Adults: £6, Children £1.50 and
under 5s Free. Coach parties welcome by prior arrangement at £6 per
person - Groups of 10+ includes a guided tour. Teas-and homemade cakes availiable.
